ПЛАН УРОКА В 10 КЛАССЕ

ПО ТЕМЕ «ЗДОРОВЫЙ ОБРАЗ ЖИЗНИ».

Цели урока : развивать коммуникативные навыки учащихся; развить устноречевые умения учащихся, умения аудирования, совершенствовать лексические навыки в употреблении слов по теме «Здоровый образ жизни», совершенствовать произносительные и грамматические навыки в употреблении герундия.

воспитательная : формировать активность, воспитывать интерес к слушанию и говорению на иностранном языке, воспитание у школьников стремления к ЗОЖ, показать учащимся важность здорового образа жизни.

развивающая : развить память, воображение, мышление, умение делать выводы, давать оценку происходящему.

Тип урока : урок совершенствования знаний и умений, построен на основе коммуникативно-ориентированного обучения.

Методы : интерактивный, словесный, наглядный, практический.

Средства обучения: видеосюжет, презентация урока

Педагогические приёмы: беседа по вопросам, монолог, диалогическая речь, элементы научно-исследовательской работы.

1. Начало урока. Приветствие.

2 Вступительное слово учителя.

Ознакомление с задачами урока, введение в сюжет урока.

Введение в языковую среду и тему урока

3 Развитие навыков аудирования.

Просмотр фильма, выполнение заданий для контроля понимания информации

4 Проверка домашнего задания (проекты здорового образа жизни)

5. Практика говорения. Работа в группах с последующим обменом информации.

Контроль понимания с помощью вопросов, выскажи свое мнение. Обобщение знаний по теме с помощью пословиц.

6. Систематизация знаний по грамматике.

Выполнение различных упражнений. тест

7. Подведение итогов. Домашнее задание.

Plan of the lesson

Teacher: Good morning, children! Hello! We often say these words when we meet each other. They sound differently in different languages. In Russian we say “Здравствуйте!” In Kazakh we say “ Селеметс i ндер !” In English we say “Good morning!” In German we say “Guten Tag!” By greeting we wish each other health. So I say to everybody – to pupils, teachers, to all the quests of our lesson – Good morning! I am glad to see you .

2. Aims of the lesson, warm-up.

Teacher: I am glad that you are all well, that you are fine today. Can you tell me what is the most

important thing in the world?

Of course, it is life, it is health. The theme of our lesson today is “Healthy way of Life”. The famous American writer said “The first wealth is health” .Today we are going to speak about what we must do to be healthy. I also want to see how you understand the words “Wellness lifestyle”. I’d like to mention that the president of К azakhstan considers the propaganda of the healthy way of life very actual and important.

Teacher: What is wellness in your understanding?

Wellness is a particular way to live and to be happy

is freedom from disease

is a perfect physical development of a person

is a healthy lifestyle

is a quality of our private life

is a common concern for human worth

is building relationships with other people

is keeping life in balance

is financial independence.

Teacher: What spheres of human life does wellness deal with?

Pupils: It deals with different spheres of man’s life. It comprises physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, social dimensions.

— Good morning, boys and girl!

— Glad to see you.

— How are you today?

— I’m fine, thanks. Sit down, please.

— Who’s missing today?

— Good morning, teacher.

— Fine, thanks. And you?

— All are present today.

Look at the screen and think what we are going to speak about. Yes, you are right. Today we’ll speak on the topic “Health and body care”. We are going to discuss our lifestyle and the ways of taking care about our healthy. But first of all look at the screen ( Слайд 2). There is a poem about the healthy life-style. let’s read it together.

Early to bed,
Early to rise
Makes a man
Healthy, wealthy and wise
.

Hi, how are you?
Fine. And how are you?
I am fine. How’s Bill?

There can be no doubt that health is very important for any person. There are many proverbs about health. Please, look at the screen again ( Слайд 3). There are some proverbs. Let’s read them and try to translate.

Health is better than wealth.

A sound mind in a sound body.

An apple a day keeps a doctor away.

Early to bed and early to rise- makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.

A merry heart is a good medicine.

You are what you eat.

Eat to live, not live to eat.

Well, I see, you know many Russian proverbs about health. It’s really great! And now look at the sheet of paper with some words. You should write all the words into 2 columns: good and bad habits.

Совершенствование навыков говорения

As you see it is very difficult to follow healthy lifestyle.

But do not forget “Health is the best wealth”. And what can help you to be healthy? Of course, the school. Only at school you go in for sport three times a week and have a balanced diet. Look at the screen. There are 2 themes for you reports. The 1 st is “Sports in our school” and the 2 nd is “Our school canteen”. Please, choose the theme of the report for your group/ You have got 3 minutes for preparing.

But not only sport helps us to be healthy. A balanced diet is very important too. Let’s listen to ….

Excellent! You are absolutely right. Our teachers and the Headmaster try to help you to be healthy.

Учащиеся делятся на 2 группы, выбирают тему, готовятся вместе 3 минуты, затем выбирают в своей группе того, кто представит рассказ.

Sports in our school.

P .: As for me, I want to tell you about sports in our school. We pay great attention to sports in the school. We have PE three times a week and we enjoy our lessons very much. The lessons are held in a small gym and in the 1st ground. At the lessons we run, jump and play sport games. We are crazy about volleyball, football and tennis. In my opinion every person should go in for sports because it helps people to be strong and healthy.

P .: I’d like to tell you about our school canteen. In order to stay healthy it is important to have a balanced diet. The balanced diet is food that contains something from each of the three main groups of food. These groups are protein, fat and carbohydrates. You find protein in lots of food, meat, fish, nuts, cheese and milk. It helps your body grow and be healthy and it gives you energy. Fat gives you energy too, but don’t eat a lot – it is bad for you. At school the teachers take care about our balanced diet. Many children of our school have dinner in our canteen.

What we should do to be healthy

what we shouldn’t do to be healthy

In order to stay healthy it is important to have a balanced diet – in other words, food that contains something from each of the three main groups of food. These groups are protein, fat , and carbohydrates .

You find protein in lots of food, for example meat , fish , nuts , cheese and milk . It helps your body to grow and to be healthy and it gives you energy. Fat gives you energy but don’t eat a lot – it’s bad for you. There are a lot of fatty foods that come from animals, for example milk , cheese , butter and meat .

Carbohydrates give you more than 70% of your energy . Bread , pasta , cereals , fruits, and vegetables such as potatoes and cabbage all contain lots of carbohydrates.

Fruits, vegetables, beans and nuts , brown bread all have fibre. It doesn’t give you energy but it fills your stomach when you are hungry.

There are many different vitamins and minerals. They help our body be healthy . You can get all your vitamins and minerals from fresh fruit and vegetables.

Vitamin A is in green and yellow vegetables, milk and eggs. It’s necessary for seeing in the dark.

Vitamin B 1 is in meat, porridge and bread. B 1 is responsible for the nervous system. Lack of this vitamin leads to serious illnesses and even death.

Vitamin C is in every fruit and vegetable. You can find this vitamin in black currants, strawberries, oranges and grapefruits, onions, cabbages and green peppers. Vitamin C is important for building bones and teeth.

Vitamin D is in eggs. People can get it from sunlight. It makes our bones strong.

Calcium is essential for strong bones and teeth. It also plays an active role in the body’s immune system. You can find it in milk, cheese, green leafy vegetables, nuts.

HEALTHY LIVING STYLE

Цель урока : Применение изученной лексики по темам: «Еда», «Здоровье», « Спорт» в новой учебной ситуации.

I. The beginning of the lesson .

Teacher : Today we are going to discuss the most important problem of our life — our health. Why is this problem the most important nowadays? What’s your opinion?

— There are a lot of different diseases;

— Unfortunately, about 80% of pupils living school have health problems.

II. Choosing of the motto .

People of different nations have proverbs about health which underline the importance of health. Let’s remember some of them:

  1. Early to bed early to rise

Makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.

  1. An apple a day keeps a doctor away.
  2. You are what you eat.
  3. Eat to live, not live to eat.

Teacher: What proverb can we choose as a motto of our lesson?

Teacher: Our health depends on different things. What are they?

I. Speech drills.

— They are: our habits, the food we eat, physical activity.

Teacher : Let’s begin with our habits. First name bad habits.

— eating lots of sweets

— eating between meals

— sleeping too much or too little

Teacher: How do bad habits influence our health?

Pupils: — they could lead to diseases

— lead to obesity

— such habits as taking drugs, drinking alcohol or smoking are really deadly and could be cause of death

— eating between meals, snaking, skipping breakfast, sleeping too little or too much are indicative of chaotic lifestyle

Teacher: On the contrary good habits promote our health. What are they?

Pupils: Eating healthy food, regular meals, sleeping 7-8 hours, doing morning exercising, playing sport.

Teacher: So, to stay healthy for a long time we should have good habits and to avoid bad ones.

Do you have any bad habits? Do you try to give them up? What good habits do you have?

3. Eating habits.

Teacher: Now let’s discuss another thing which influences our fit – the food we eat. “We are what we eat” the proverb says. Pupils, what food do you prefer to eat?

Teacher: Pupils, are you sure that food you usually eat is good for your health? Listen to Dr. Amy Murphy’s lecture about healthy eating and answer what food is good for our health.

1. Учащиеся читают и переводят незнакомые слова, которые встречаются в тексте. Слова выписаны на доску.

Учащиеся слушают текст первый раз. Затем они получают текст лекции с пропущенными словами, которые они вписывают во время второго прослушивания.(Пропущенные слова даны курсивом). Проверка понимания – учащиеся зачитывают вставленные слова.
